 Supporting athletes, active adults, and post-rehabilitation clients through individualized exercise progression, strength development, neuromuscular assessment, and bodywork-informed coaching. 

 

Designed for individuals who are medically stable or discharged from formal rehabilitation, but still require structured support returning to exercise, sport, and higher levels of physical function.

Clients commonly referred may include:

  • post-ACL or lower extremity rehabilitation transitioning back to strength training or sport 
  • recurrent low back pain history with fear of exercise or difficulty progressing independently 
  • shoulder rehabilitation discharge with persistent weakness, apprehension, or difficulty returning to overhead activity 
  • active adults managing recurring hip, knee, or back limitations while seeking improved long-term physical capacity 
  • athletes requiring graded return-to-performance progression following injury or time away from training

  • individualized movement and positional assessment 
  • neuromuscular activation strategies 
  • bodywork and soft tissue support when appropriate

My role is not to diagnose, treat acute pathology, or replace medical or rehabilitative care.

I work best as a downstream or complementary provider supporting clients through:

  • exercise progression 
  • long-term strength development 
  • movement confidence and autonomy 
  • return-to-training or activity support

I work well with individuals who:

  • have completed physical therapy but do not yet feel prepared to manage exercise independently 
  • require continued strength progression, accountability, and exercise structure following rehabilitation 
  • are returning to lifting, sport, work demands, or recreational activity after injury or prolonged inactivity 
  • present with orthopedic history, chronic pain patterns, movement limitations, or deconditioning that benefit from individualized exercise programming 
  • would benefit from greater confidence, structure, and graded progression beyond symptom-focused care

Please refer elsewhere or continue medical management for:

  • acute injuries requiring diagnosis or medical workup 
  • post-operative complications or uncontrolled symptoms 
  • unexplained neurological changes or red flag symptoms 
  • individuals not yet medically appropriate for progressive exercise
